Decide what percentage/number of stained cellsis suffcient to draw the diagnostic conclusion. Be aware that this may vary greatly in different parts of the tumor and that small amount of biopsy material may be not fully representative for the rest of the tumor. (pending connection with colon cancer with different CK20 patterns and metastatic lobular carcinoma with heterogenous ESR staining in the lymph node)
